First Step - The Hardest - Just Make It - 19th July 2022 -  As per the resolution of doing atleast 5 things from the list every day I ventured into the journey. On its first day I could complete 6 things out of 16. It means, I passed the minimum bar on the day of inception of this program. I woke up before 6:30 AM. I did my exercise i.e. more than 30 minutes which included jogging for 2.5 kilometers, 50 burpees and 50 pushups. I also spent time in writing, listening. Making a video for my youtube channel was also done. So, to sum up, it was a great day. I resolve to continue my resolution to make everyday of my life positive, productive and progressive.  Today is 20th July and it has started at great node. I woke up at 6:00 did my chanting / meditation, exercise and most of the day is yet to unfold. #Positive #Consistency #Improvement #FirstStep

Things to do daily

 How can I make everyday of my life positive, productive and progressive? I got the answer recently while watching a video of  Dr. Sean Stephenson  (1979 to 2019). Dr. Sean has lived a great and exemplary life. I was impressed upon by his philosophy that how he remained positive by doing something everyday. He made a list of 16 things to do and on any specific day if he has to complete 4 activities out of a long list of 16. By doing so, he remained positive, energetic, flexible in doing things and accomplished something every single day.   I have also decided to make my list and I have to do 5 things out of the complete list every single day (any 5). Some activities may be two in one e.g. as I have an activity of reading for 30 minutes and then there is an activity of reading a judgment, so, if I read a judgment for 30 minutes, it means, I have completed 2 activities.  Last time I wrote on this blog was about 5 months back and that is the only post here. After so many days I realized that something should be written here if not daily then atleast weekly or so. Everybody around might be listening the news that corona is again spreading at a great pace globally despite the vaccination of people. It means either vaccines which were instantly developed by the pharma companies were not very effective or virus strain is mutating in such a way that it is not being affected by the vaccination. Different kinds of projections are coming in media but I think this wave or spread will also subside quickly and normalcy will prevail soon. New year is always new hopes, new aspirations, new objectives and new journey.. so wishing you all around all the best and Happy New Year. I shall be writing here regularly. What is this blog?

 This blog is not about the constitution of any country. The Constitution blog is not related to Constitution of India or any other country. Actually Constitution means "the act of forming or establishing something". Accordingly this blog has been started with an idea of establishing some positive habits into my life. I will try to post here about the inculcating new habits / ideas or any other thing which will make better me.
