Things to do daily

 How can I make everyday of my life positive, productive and progressive? I got the answer recently while watching a video of  Dr. Sean Stephenson  (1979 to 2019). Dr. Sean has lived a great and exemplary life. I was impressed upon by his philosophy that how he remained positive by doing something everyday. He made a list of 16 things to do and on any specific day if he has to complete 4 activities out of a long list of 16. By doing so, he remained positive, energetic, flexible in doing things and accomplished something every single day.  

I have also decided to make my list and I have to do 5 things out of the complete list every single day (any 5). Some activities may be two in one e.g. as I have an activity of reading for 30 minutes and then there is an activity of reading a judgment, so, if I read a judgment for 30 minutes, it means, I have completed 2 activities. Here is the list of things to do:

  1. Wake up Before 6:30 A.M.
  2. 30 Minutes Exercise
  3. 30 Minutes Speaking Practice
  4. 30 Minutes Reading Practice
  5. 30 Minutes Writing Practice
  6. 30 Minutes Listening Practice
  7. One Judgment Reading
  8. One Video Making
  9. 10 Minutes Meditation / Chanting
  10. Eating Healthy
  11. Court Visit / Meeting a Client
  12. Drafting Work at least one hour
  13. Daily Analysis / Journaling / Blog update here
  14. Limit Screentime i.e. less than 3 hour
  15. Don't Use Social Media i.e. Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
  16. Go to bed before 11:00PM
This list can be updated and amended from time to time. 

Improvement on 20th July - in item no. 11 it was earlier court visit and now it is either court visit or meeting a client.
