- 30 Minutes Exercise
- 10 Minutes Meditation / Chanting
- Eating Healthy
- Daily Analysis / Journaling / Blog update here
- Don't Use Social Media i.e. Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
- Go to bed before 11:00PM
These are things which I did on 23rd July... I managed to cross the limit of 5 things. Some days are good and some are great.... so it was a good day to sum up.
