Day 2

 Just woke around 6 AM and had chanting for 10 minutes. Then I did my exercise for the day which included 50 burpees, 50 pushups and walking for half an hour. I had a plan to meet a client so met with client. Out of 16 activities I could complete the following on 20th July 2022:

  1. Wake up Before 6:30 A.M.
  2. 30 Minutes Exercise
  3. 30 Minutes Reading Practice
  4. 30 Minutes Writing Practice
  5. 30 Minutes Listening Practice
  6. One Judgment Reading
  7. 10 Minutes Meditation / Chanting
  8. Court Visit / Meeting a Client
  9. Daily Analysis / Journaling / Blog update here
  10. Limit Screentime i.e. less than 3 hour
That was all I could do from the list of things to do....on 20th July 2022.
