Day 2
Just woke around 6 AM and had chanting for 10 minutes. Then I did my exercise for the day which included 50 burpees, 50 pushups and walking for half an hour. I had a plan to meet a client so met with client. Out of 16 activities I could complete the following on 20th July 2022:
- Wake up Before 6:30 A.M.
- 30 Minutes Exercise
- 30 Minutes Reading Practice
- 30 Minutes Writing Practice
- 30 Minutes Listening Practice
- One Judgment Reading
- 10 Minutes Meditation / Chanting
- Court Visit / Meeting a Client
- Daily Analysis / Journaling / Blog update here
- Limit Screentime i.e. less than 3 hour
That was all I could do from the list of things to do....on 20th July 2022.
