To do things - 24th July 2022 Here is the list of activities I have completed on 24th of July 2022 from my daily Master List of activities. 30 Minutes Exercise 30 Minutes Reading Practice 10 Minutes Meditation / Chanting Daily Analysis / Journaling / Blog update here Limit Screentime i.e. less than 3 hour Don't Use Social Media i.e. Facebook, Instagram and Twitter It was a nice day. As today was Sunday so it was a kind of rest day but as I have a list of 5 minimum things to do everyday.. so above given list is from the master list I have created and I completed 6 activities from my master list of to do things daily / everyday. I am able to cross the minimum mark every single day since I have started though it has not been very long but doing something everyday is equally important.

I managed to cross the limit of 5 things. Some days are good and some are great.... so it was a good day to sum up. Hows life at your side? Have a great day!

 What I did on 22nd July from my to do list is as below: 30 Minutes Exercise 30 Minutes Listening Practice 10 Minutes Meditation / Chanting Daily Analysis / Journaling / Blog update here Limit Screentime i.e. less than 3 hour Don't Use Social Media i.e. Facebook, Instagram and Twitter Some friend visited my place so was enjoying with them. I could have done few more things but you must be always ready for unexpected. I am tracking the activities so that every week I would be able to analyse my progress.  Weather is great in Delhi now a days due to advent of Monsoon. Getting some respite from scorching heat of Delhi. How you guys are doing? Have a great day!!!

 Today my day started bit late. So after waking up first thing I did was chanting / meditation. Once that was done then I started exercising which included 50 burpees and 50 pushups. I had planned to go to court for some work so went to court in post lunch time. During the day I ate health food, my screen time was within my prescribed limit, didn't venture into social media and wrote on blog about my daily routine.   For today i.e. 21st July 2022 what I accomplished among my to do list things as stated below: 30 Minutes Exercise 30 Minutes Reading Practice 30 Minutes Listening Practice 10 Minutes Meditation / Chanting Eating Healthy Court Visit / Meeting a Client Daily Analysis / Journaling / Blog update here Limit Screentime i.e. less than 3 hour Don't Use Social Media i.e. Facebook, Instagram and Twitter Do you track? your daily activities and how you are preforming on daily basis? let me know ... Day 2

 Just woke around 6 AM and had chanting for 10 minutes. Then I did my exercise for the day which included 50 burpees, 50 pushups and walking for half an hour. I had a plan to meet a client so met with client. Out of 16 activities I could complete the following on 20th July 2022: Wake up Before 6:30 A.M. 30 Minutes Exercise 30 Minutes Reading Practice 30 Minutes Writing Practice 30 Minutes Listening Practice One Judgment Reading 10 Minutes Meditation / Chanting Court Visit / Meeting a Client Daily Analysis / Journaling / Blog update here Limit Screentime i.e. less than 3 hour That was all I could do from the list of things to do....on 20th July 2022.
